About the event
Some years ago I remember one of my wishes for my Birthday was to practice yoga inspired class VERVE under guidance of my favorite fitness master, the author of VERVE concept, Ralfs. Thanks to VERVE, I found the path to yoga.
Looking back to my life I can say for sure that the gift of yoga has been one of the greatest, biggest gifts life presented me with - and I want to share it with you.
Teaching Yoga on my Birthday can probably be my best ever gift to you and my best ever gift to myself.
I will teach one of my favourite flows where breath follows the movement and the feeling is so good after savasana.
